Cordon bleu is one of our favorites on our menu, people love this dish. Liget Royal Restaurant's version is made from pork loin, Balaton cheese, prosciutto, mashed potatoes, and fresh heart salad – begins our conversation with Tamás Bódis, chef of Liget Royal Restaurant in Hévíz.

One is that the Balaton cheese is specifically from Vászoly, from our neighbor, and the other is that we suddenly fry the heart salad and serve it with an excellent dressing, which becomes a small surprise on the table. It is certain that not many people serve it in this form with Cordon bleu at home.
- Finally, another twist is that instead of the usual machine-made ham, the meat-wrapped Italian prosciutto is hidden.
