Here too, we believe: Keep it simple, but still great! Gnocchi is a masterful potato pasta that provides the perfect base for any flavorful sauce. The base is made crazy by truffles, fresh green parsley, and the indispensable Italian cheese, parmesan. Do you need more than that for a good and easy pasta dish?
Shrimp Spaghetti with Garlic, Chili, Parsley, and Moroccan Salted Lemon
- Shrimp Spaghetti is also a simple, yet extremely flavorful pasta dish. The shrimp is sautéed with garlic, chili, and parsley, a little white wine is poured over it, then the spaghetti is added, and at the end we harmonize the flavors with a little butter. At the end, we throw in the fermented salted lemon, which we use as a spice when chopped, so it has an extremely refreshing effect on the entire dish. The chili – if the guest requests it – can be omitted, but with or without it, this is a light, delicious, meat-free dish.
