“Star dishes” at Liget Royal Restaurant in Hévíz: Roasted chicken breast with sweet potatoes, spinach, feta cheese, pomegranate
This was one of our hit dishes on the weekly lunch menu, so we decided that if we were going to add chicken breast to the permanent menu, this should be it! – says Tamás Bódis, chef at Liget Royal Restaurant in Hévíz.
- We serve roasted sweet potatoes with the chicken breast, which harmonizes perfectly with the other ingredients with its sweet, soft taste. We season the baby spinach with a little, special dressing, and add feta cheese, which gives the dish a salty, creamy contrast. The pomegranate not only balances the flavors, but its eye-catching color and freshness make the dish refreshing.- This dish is really a colorful, light, yet tasty dish, which is especially popular among ladies, as it is a healthy, yet filling alternative. But I think it can be attractive to anyone. I think it is important that the food is not only delicious, but also beautiful, since we eat with our eyes.
