Chicken Soup and Beef Goulash - Introducing the Stars of Liget Royal Restaurant's New Menu – Part III

- Mostly, we follow our basic principle here too: “Everything that is needed, nothing that is not!”, meaning we add all the ingredients that our mother would add at home: high-quality chicken, plenty of suitable vegetables – carrots, parsley, celery – and those few essential spices – pepper, salt – without which a good Hungarian soup would be unthinkable. The point is that everything has to be given its due, and the end result will definitely be perfect! We serve our hot, bubbling broth, richly loaded with vegetables and meat, with lye pasta to our guests. I don’t think we’ve ever disappointed, the taste experience is always – as befits a star – outstanding.
- What about the Beef Goulash?
- I can practically say the same about this star of ours. Here we have to pay special attention to bringing the classic flavors, as this is an iconic Hungarian dish, one of the favorites of tourists coming to our country. Not only can we not disappoint them, but we also have to guarantee that they can taste the same flavors over and over again. A well-prepared Beef Goulash - which we cook from beef necks -, properly seasoned, enriched with vegetables and potatoes, can provide an unforgettable flavor harmony. I think this is one of the favorites of many Hungarians. Served with fresh homemade bread, this good old, unmissable star of our menu also provides a real taste experience.
