It is not typical to prepare it at home, few people undertake to coax this flavor out of the ingredients themselves. This is perhaps because it is not always clear who puts what into the Beefsteak Tartar. The Beef Tartar of Liget Royal Restaurant - like most of the dishes served here - is perhaps a little different from the usual, but that is precisely why it is worth tasting and discovering this wonderful flavor. Of course, it cannot be missing the classic ingredients - shallots, capers, Dijon mustard, pickles - but its uniqueness is really given by the homemade spicy sauce, which is made complete and special by the added horseradish mayonnaise.
