By 1941, the Friedrich brothers already had several hotels in Hévíz: Fiedrich Astória, Fiedrich Havay ház, Fiedrich Park, Fiedrich Pállfy villa and Fiedrich Royal. The Royal is nothing more than the former Ferenczi-style Grand Hotel. It was taken over by the Friedrich brothers from its previous owner. In the early 1940s, the Royal had 12 rooms.
